Privacy Notice - HumanX Reserved Benefit
This notice explains how we handle the personal data you submit on this page when you register for the HumanX reserved-benefit offer at HumanX Amsterdam (22-24 September 2026, RAI Amsterdam).
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you fill in the form on this page, we collect your:
- Full name
- Work email address
- The coupon number printed on your HumanX card, if you choose to add it
We also automatically collect some basic technical information whenever the page loads - such as your IP address, browser/device information, and the time of your visit - which we use to operate, secure and troubleshoot the page, including basic checks against automated spam submissions.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics to measure visits. Nothing is set unless you accept - see Section 5.
Providing your name and email is voluntary, but we won't be able to contact you about the offer without them.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your name and email for one purpose: to contact you about your HumanX reserved-benefit offer and, if you're interested, to continue the conversation about Chapek dedicated GPU servers.
Our legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time (Section 7), without affecting anything we did before the withdrawal.
We do not use your information for any automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your name and email for as long as this campaign is active, and delete them no later than 90 days after the offer registration period closes - unless you become a Chapek customer (in which case ordinary customer-record retention applies) or you ask us to stay in touch beyond that point.
5. Cookies and analytics
chapek.io, including this page, uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are not strictly necessary, so we only set them if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you choose "Reject", Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Our legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89 of the Czech Electronic Communications Act).
If you accept, the following cookies are set:

We also store your cookie choice itself in your browser (local storage key "chapek_consent") for up to 12 months, so we do not ask you again on every visit. This is strictly necessary to honour your choice and does not require consent.
You can change your mind at any time: open (also linked in the footer of every page) and choose "Reject" - measurement stops from that moment and the analytics cookies are removed. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Google acts as a processor for this data under its standard data processing terms, which include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard for transferring data outside the EU/EEA. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel), and analytics data is never sold or used for advertising.
6. Who else processes it
Form submissions on this page are received and stored on our behalf by Formspree, Inc., a form-processing service based in the United States, under a data processing agreement that includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard for this transfer outside the EU/EEA.
Within Chapek/DCXPS, your details are seen only by the sales team following up on your request through the Chapek.io platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal
- Complain to a supervisory authority, including the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the authority where you live or work

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed; if we make a material change, we'll update it here before the change takes effect.
