This notice explains which cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, are used on the chapek.io website and on the Chapek.io Platform at console.chapek.io: what each one does, the legal basis we rely on, how long it stays on your device and how you can change your choice. It supplements our Privacy Notice (section 12).
1. Who we are
DCXPS SE, a European company with its registered seat at Karla Engliše 3208/5, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, ID No. (IČO) 24546810, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file No. H 2803 ("DCXPS", "we" or "us"), operates the chapek.io website and the Chapek.io Platform and is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about it at privacy@chapek.io. The Privacy Notice explains how we process personal data in general and the rights you have.
2. Before you make a choice
When you first visit the chapek.io website, nothing is stored on your device and the pages do not contact Google or any other third party: the fonts are served from our own server. Analytics is not loaded until you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner.
3. Necessary and functional storage on the website
The following items are needed for the website to work or to remember a choice or setting you made. Each one is stored only after you do something on the site, as described below.

Legal basis. Storing these items is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, so under Section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act it does not require your consent. We process the related data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the website and remembering your choices (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) and, for the demo console sign-in, to provide the service you asked for (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
5. Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time: open "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page of the website and choose "Reject". Measurement stops from that moment and the analytics cookies and storage are removed. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
6. The Chapek.io Platform
The Chapek.io Platform at console.chapek.io is where customers sign in to order and manage their servers. It uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to sign you in, keep your account secure and remember your settings. It uses no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, which is why it shows no cookie banner.
The following cookies are set when you register, sign in or sign out:

Legal basis. Storing these items is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, so under Section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act it does not require your consent. We process the related data to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting accounts against misuse (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Payments. When you pay for an order, you pay on a page of our billing provider, which opens on the provider's own website. Cookies on that page are set by the provider, not by us.

We update this notice whenever the cookies or similar technologies we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
