At the Cisco event in Paris, Daniel explained what Chapek is and who it is for: teams that need dedicated GPU servers they can start on in hours, with storage, AI Studio and 24/7 support included, and data that stays on EU territory.

Every Chapek server runs on Cisco UCS hardware, and the network around it is Cisco too. One vendor across the stack means one support path, with Cisco parts replacement running in parallel with the on-site repair, not after it.

No bill for moving data

The cost side is just as simple. There are no egress fees and no bandwidth charges, in or out. Storage, bandwidth and egress are all in the rate for the term.
